You should make four changes to the Tomcat configuration files to make it more convenient to use for development purposes. You will find the configuration files that you need to change in the conf directory of the Tomcat root directory. You can edit them with any plain text editor.

1. Change the port to 80

2. Turn on servlet reloading

3. Enable the invoker servlet

4. Turn on directory listing
