Welcome to the College of Engineering Tutoring Center!

The Engineering Tutoring Center is a volunteer-run center that offers help for all engineering students, particularly freshman and sophomores. The goal of the tutoring center is to help our engineering students through difficult engineering classes, so that they will be better prepared for junior and senior level coursework. Fellow Engineering students serve as tutors, so students can get help and information from peers who have "been there and done that." Not only will students receive help completing homework, but also have the opportunity to gain a better understanding as to how that subject actually fits into their engineering coursework and future profession.

Common first year courses such as chemistry, physics, and math, as well as varying discipline-specific courses, are tutored Monday - Thursday, 8am-12noon in WEB 1622. Schedules are posted weekly on the whiteboard in the center, or click on this calendar link for a quick overview, or use the calendar link to the left to go to the detailed tutoring center schedule. The center is open for group and individual study all other times of day.

The Tutoring Center is a great opportunity to develop a better understanding of core subject matter. Besides, who hasn't needed help at one time or another?
